(1) Click "Start/Control Panel/Network Connections" to open the Control Panel window.
(2) Click the "Network Troubleshooter" option on the left side of the window.
(3) In the new window that opens, select various menus based on known problems. If you are not familiar with network problems, it is recommended to select "Diagnose network configuration and run automated network tests".
(4) It is recommended to select all items in "Set Scan Options" before scanning. This will get more network diagnostic information and help make accurate judgments on network faults.
(5) When ready, click the "Scan your system" item to perform network diagnosis on the current system. The scanning process doesn't take long and you get a detailed report.
(6) In the final diagnostic results window, users can see feedback information such as Internet services, computer information, modems, and network adapters. If the system or network is normal, the diagnosis-related items will feedback "passed". If there is a fault or defect, the diagnosis-related items will feedback information such as "failed" or "not configured". Click the "+" sign in front of each item to view more detailed information, so as to make accurate judgments and troubleshooting of network faults.
